SUMMARY

Provide services to patients and employees for their needs to provide the best patient care.
Maintain all inventories accurately, within the facility.
Provide departments with supplies by inventorying and stocking.
Data entry of patient chargeable items.
Provide courteous and helpful assistance to accommodate the needs of customers, co-workers, visitors, and vendors.
Ordering supplies for all departments.
Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provide a positive interaction with everyone we meet
Responsible for providing customer to everyone at all times
Responsible for stocking designated areas
Responsible for entering patient charges
Responsible for facility invoices
Responsible for facility orders (as needed)
Responsible for shipping/receiving
Participates in department projects
Other assigned duties as needed
